William Solomon, TaeKwon Do

Train with one of America's most accomplished TaeKwon Do instructors, William Solomon, and learn from his 28 years of martial arts experience.

Credentials: William is a 4th degree Blackbelt, Blackbelt Hall of Fame, 28 years of Martial Arts, and a National Head Instructor. He has studied TaeKwon Do, Ju Jitsu, and Krav Maga.


Jordan Simon, Sports Performance and Soccer Coaching

As a former professional soccer player in Sweden, Jordan creates a customized training program youth and teams which incorporate technical, tactical, and strength building exercises.

He is passionate about preparing athletes for games with well-coordinated schedule of practices and individual training. Jordan can help:

  • Identify weaknesses in performance and ability of athletes
  • Create long term programs tailored to each individual athlete to improve their overall ability
  • Coach athletes through drills and taught proper technique to maximize performance level
  • Coach both individual and group sessions in order to maximize athletes on field performance


Karla Torres, BS, LMT, Massage Therapist

Karla is a strong rehabilitation professional with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition from The University of Houston and a Licensed Massage Therapist.

She began her career working with the professional cowboys and cowgirls at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and now works with amateur and professional athletes of all sports.
