During our Open House, we are offering a FREE Day Pass to try out all of the equipment in the gym from 8 AM - 4 PM. It's a perfect way to see everything we have to offer.

Bring your friends and family. We'll have a bounce house, costume contest, DJ, and light, healthy snacks! Plus specials on Stretch Therapy and IV Hydration!

Work out on our state-of-the-art equipment – from treadmills, bikes, free weights, sprint lanes, sled pushes, Rogue Fitness, Tru Grit, and battle ropes - and 17,000 SF of indoor/outdoor training areas that include 40 yards of indoor turf, 45-yard football field, basketball nets, and sprint hill.

All of our leading experts, coaches, and vendors will be on-site too.
